Two separate optional consents are offered on our forms:

Cancellation:You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number messaging you. After you send STOP we will send a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, sign up again as you did the first time (or text START if available).

Message frequency varies with your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider for details. Most major U.S. carriers support the service and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. We follow TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited sharing with subcontractors is permitted only for essential services (such as the SMS delivery platform and customer service) and only under strict confidentiality requirements. - Vercel — Website hosting and content delivery. Processes server requests and may log IP addresses.
- Licensed Attorneys — We share relevant case information with attorneys in our network who handle your claim filing.
- Email and SMS providers — We use third-party messaging providers to deliver transactional and (where you have opted in) promotional email and SMS. These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and may not use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Document Storage and Security
Documents you upload through our client portal are stored in encrypted cloud storage via Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
